Standard Returns01

  • If you don’t want the piece within 7 days, you can return it for a refund.
  • We will issue a return shipping label for your convenience. Just contact us via chat, contact form or email us!
  • Items must be returned in original condition within 7 working days to qualify for a full refund.

Sale & Discounted Items02

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional pricing are eligible for store credit or an exchange of the same item only.
  • To request either option, the customer must contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered.
Important: All sale-item requests must be approved by our team before the item is returned. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Step 2: Receive your prepaid return shipping label
  • Step 3: Pack item securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • Step 4: Ship the return using our provided label
  • Step 5: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
